PERSONAL TRAINING

Work with one of our experienced, knowledgeable, fun, and motivating Coaches. We will schedule a consultation to get to know you, discuss your goals, pair you with the Coach that can assist you best, and get you started. We also do fitness testing and body composition testing such as body fat testing and measurements to help you track your progress. Single sessions and packages are available. All training packages are automatic monthly billing, and can be canceled with a 30 day notice.)

GROUP CLASSES

Get a great workout in a small group setting where you still receive individualized attention. We are following all the necessary safety protocols for preventing COVID-19. We want everyone to feel safe while getting an amazing, fun workout! We also offer some virtual classes you can do at home on Zoom. There is a single class fee as well as a package for unlimited classes so you can decide what's best for you.
