Believe In Yourself!

Our goal is to go beyond appointments and classes. Our desire is to see your life change completely. Take a look at some of our success stories.

Tammy

My name is Tammy Tedeschi, around Christmas 2015 a friend and I decided we would try to complete an obstacle race. She knew of a place that did some prep classes. January I took a class at Infinity and I fell in love. Jen and Melissa were tough, offered guidance, encouragement, and there is always laughs. I couldn't believe what a great group they had put together. All I wanted was to be a part of it. Since then I have come to love Tabata, Spin, and Yoga. I have lost weight, toned a few muscles, and found a fantastic gym family. With the team and our awesome coaches, I completed my first Spartan Trifecta this year.
With all the ups this year had, it also had its share of downs. In June 2016, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Through surgery and radiation, Jen worked with  me on modifying workouts, nutrition, and checked on me daily. The gym became the place that I became myself again. Infinity isn't just a gym, it's a whole package for mind and body.

Jess

My name is Jessica Andrews. Crohn's has lived with me for 25+ years. Three to four years ago Fibromyalgia took a swing at me too. I had learned to manage and control my Crohn's, but was not prepared for what the Fibro threw at me. I went from an always on the go multitasker to barely able to move without pain, constant discomfort, fatigue, and always feeling like I was in a fog. My diagnosis did not come immediately, it was a long drawn out process. When the rheumatologist suggested I begin an exercise regimen of light exercise 30 minutes a day, was he kidding? it was a struggle to function daily. The motivation came one rainy day when I could barely get off the couch, suddenly on TV was something called a Spartan race. A five mile obstacle mud race where the penalty for missing any given obstacle was 30 burpees. To this day I'm not sure what overcame me, but I had to do one of these races. How was I to begin my journey to complete what at the time seemed like a monumental task. Thank god for a friend in my life who said she knew someone who could help. A Personal Trainer named Jennifer Mello. Jennifer listened to my story and my lofty goals. She immediately encouraged me by starting me slowly and building up my strength and endurance. There were days when just getting out of bed was a struggle, but Jen was always there to tell me to dig deep or that I had this. Within 8 months Jens announced that I was ready to face my first Spartan Sprint, and that I wasn't doing it alone. She was signing up as well. What can I say, Jennifer Mello took me from my couch to my first Spartan Sprint, and now on to my first Spartan Trifecta. Always by my side with her endless encouragement and belief in me. I joined Infinity along with my husband and daughter. I joined for health reasons and got so much more. I'm proud to say that I belong to the infinity Fitness family. It is a place of constant motivation and togetherness, and seeing everyone reach their goals. I can never thank Jennifer Mello and Melissa Sischo for getting my life back. I haven't been this healthy, happy, and active for many years. The transformation is remarkable. Infinity Fitness has given me a new lease on life.

Diane

I've been taking classes and doing personal training with Jennifer for over 8 years now. When I walked into the gym over 8 years ago, I had just retired and was looking for something to occupy my time. Jennifer showed me how to fit exercise and healthy eating into my daily routine. She taught me to concentrate on cardio and strength training programs. I lost the weight gradually, making it easier to keep the weight off. She also would spend time with me if I started going back into my bad eating habits. This gym has no age limits. Being 70 years of age puts me into the Senior criteria, but when I'm taking a class, I am just one of many who encourage each other.
